She says the system isn’t updated it will be updated Tuesday which is in 3 days and it will show your order was cancelled you will now have all of your credit limit back to buy those items again. After another 15 minutes of telling her I never placed the original order because the site refused to let me change my address she said that order was CANCELLED!!! I said that’s fine but I was told I could place my order again today. I said I didn’t but now that you are here let me explain my problem once again. She said well you requested a supervisor. I said what happened to the girl helping me. Puts me back on hold for another 20 minutes!!!!! UNREAL!!!!! Now a supervisor comes on and says Mr. I said where? She said my old address!!!! I said are you kidding me!!! She says wait a second…. THIS COMPANY IS F!&^C&ED! She now comes back on the phone after 40 minutes and says your order is being shipped. I pressed number 2 and that didn’t even work. While on hold the automated service broke thru and basically said your agent forgot about you press number 2 for a new agent. Not counting the hour and 10 minutes I initially waited. After I explained my problem she put me on hold for 40 more minutes. I get the rudest person you could ever get. When I finally got to the checkout I get error messages saying call Kohls again. The automated service says my balance is zero so I proceed to place my original order. The new order wouldn’t go thru because it would put me over my Kohls charge limit so she says wait 24 hours and call and make sure your balance is at zero and place the order again. I say thank you can we place the order again. So now after being on hold for 20 minutes she comes back and says I was able to cancel the order and change your address for you so it reflects the new address you live at. I said please because I no longer live at that address. I explain to her I never placed this order and it should have never gone thru because I was trying to change my shipping address. ![]() John you placed that order so you have to live with it!! NOW I”M LIVID!! I say get me a supervisor. I was trying to change my shipping address!! I get this rude lady on the phone and she says to me sorry Mr. WHAT? How is my order in? I never got that far. During that hour somehow someway I get an e-mail from Kohl’s stating my order is in. I then proceeded to call Kohl’s which if any of you know puts you on hold for at least 1 hour. ![]() I noticed my shipping address was wrong and I was trying to put in my new address but the system kept on saying no such address. After I had everything in the cart the total was $693.00. I went on Kohl’s site to purchase items for my girlfriend as she bought a new home. I cannot believe the a-holes that work for this place.
